Matcha Roll Cake

Ingredients:
  • 4 egg white
  • 40g sugar
  • 4 yolk
  • 40g sugar
  • 40g flour
  • 1 tbls Match powder
  • 120ml whipping cream with 35% fat
  • 1 tbls sugar
  • fruits (for example: Anko, Strawberry, peach
  • powdered sugar
Step by step:

  1. Put baking paper on your  baking sheet
  2. Mix the flour and match together and sieve it 2-3 times
  3. beat egg white stiff and put the half of the 40g sugar together, beat it again and mix the rest of the sugar together. after that beat it again
  4. beat the yolk and sugar together till it become smooth
  5. pu the the match-flour to the beated yolk and mix it with a spatula
  6. put 1/3 of the beated egg with to the batter till it mixed well and repeat the process till no egg white is left
  7. place the complete batter on the baking sheet and remove any airbubble
  8. after 24min of baking turn the baking sheet, so it can cook evently
  9.  than cook for another 11min
  10. cover the baked batter with another baking sheet, prevending from desiccation
  11. beat the cream and clean the fruits
  12. Cut the edges of the batter
  13. put the whipping cream and the fruits on the batter and start rolling the batter
  14. to roll the cake you can use the baking paper
  15. after you rolled the cake, cover it with plastic wrap
  16. leave the cake in the fridge to let it cool down
  17. to serve use the powered sugar
