Matcha Roll Cake
Ingredients:
- 4 egg white
- 40g sugar
- 4 yolk
- 40g sugar
- 40g flour
- 1 tbls Match powder
- 120ml whipping cream with 35% fat
- 1 tbls sugar
- fruits (for example: Anko, Strawberry, peach
- powdered sugar
Step by step:
- Put baking paper on your baking sheet
- Mix the flour and match together and sieve it 2-3 times
- beat egg white stiff and put the half of the 40g sugar together, beat it again and mix the rest of the sugar together. after that beat it again
- beat the yolk and sugar together till it become smooth
- pu the the match-flour to the beated yolk and mix it with a spatula
- put 1/3 of the beated egg with to the batter till it mixed well and repeat the process till no egg white is left
- place the complete batter on the baking sheet and remove any airbubble
- after 24min of baking turn the baking sheet, so it can cook evently
- than cook for another 11min
- cover the baked batter with another baking sheet, prevending from desiccation
- beat the cream and clean the fruits
- Cut the edges of the batter
- put the whipping cream and the fruits on the batter and start rolling the batter
- to roll the cake you can use the baking paper
- after you rolled the cake, cover it with plastic wrap
- leave the cake in the fridge to let it cool down
- to serve use the powered sugar
